Notice cum addendum Change in the nomenclature of Benchmark Indices

Investors are advised to note that, pursuant to the Press Release dated September 22, 2015 issued by India Index Services & Products Limited (IISL), announcing the rebranding of all the existing IISL indices, the nomenclature of the Benchmark Indices of the following schemes of Canara Robeco Mutual Fund (“CRMF”) hereby stands revised with immediate effect. The details of the same are as follows:

All references to Benchmark Index in Scheme Information Document (“SID”) and Key Information Document (“KIM”) of the aforesaid schemes shall be construed as a reference to revised name of the Benchmark Index.

All other features and terms and conditions of the above mentioned Schemes shall remain unchanged.

This addendum shall form an integral part of the Statement of Additional Information (“SAI”), Scheme Information Document (“SID”) and Key Information Document (“KIM”) of the Scheme(s) of Canara Robeco Mutual Fund as amended from time to time.
